When you email your request to vend, you will be notified by a return email if you have a space for your booth. If you do receive a space, this is the only communication that you will receive until the week before the show, when Luna will send out a second email requesting a confirmation that you will be vending. Please respond ASAP with your confimation as we
usually have a waiting list of vendors.

FEES:
$20 or 10% of total sales, whichever is greater
(includes free admission for two people ONLY)
plus a donated raffle prize of $20 or more retail value

In order to help raise more money for The Women's Daytime Drop-in Center and also to give more exposure to the vendors, we will sell raffle tickets throughout the first half of the evening
and award the prizes before the second half of the show.

Each vendor is provided with one six foot banquet table and two chairs.
Electrical outlets are available, but you will need to bring extension cords to reach them.

Please follow these procedures for a smooth evening:

Vendors AND ONE GUEST ONLY arrive at 6:00pm and be fully set up by 6:30pm.
Enter through door on the left (NOT the main club door) and check-in at the registration table.
You may then use the main club door to load in your goods.
Doors open to the general public at 6:30pm for the free bellydance class and shopping.

All vendors must check-in upon arrival.
When you check in, please provide

your name and your assistant's name
a description of your goods/services to be read during the raffle
your donated raffle item of $20 or more retail value

Designated Shopping Times
6:30 - 7:30pm
a 15 minute intermission
end of performances - 10:30pm
people are also free to shop at any time throughout the evening

All shopping ends at 10:30pm and vendors must exit the building by 11:00pm
